Fees
The registration fee is €300 (or 125 000 HUF) that includes conference materials, coffee breaks, banquet dinner, excursion, but does not include accommodation.
Accommodation can be booked separately in the conference hotels (Hotel Sopron, Hotel Fagus, Hotel Szieszta, Hotel Civitas, Hotel Palatinus) or other. Please book early because June is usually well booked. When booking, please indicate that you are a participant of the CGTA2025 conference.
The distances between the conference hotels and the main campus of University of Sopron are 1 – 2.5 km (15-35 min walk).
Registration and billing process
Registration and billing is a multi-step process detailed here:
- Fill the registration Google form below, the billing data are also requested in the form.
- Registrants will obtain a payment request electronically via e-mail in a few days after registration. The payment request will contain the bank account information in order to transfer the money (either in HUF or in EUR).
- Registrants will obtain a preliminary invoice.
- Final invoice will be provided during the conference.
